Shipping Information

At this time we are only able to ship within the United States.

All orders will be shipped through USPS

Standard Mail transit time: 3-4 business days

We mail once a month, on the 18th — here's how to know which shipment you'll get first.

• Subscribe between the 1st–15th → You'll receive our very next mailing, shipped on the 18th of this month.
• Subscribe between the 16th–31st → Your first envelope will ship on the 18th of next month.

Your subscription starts the moment you sign up — you're just catching the next available mail day, depending on when you join. Every mailing after your first will follow this same monthly rhythm.

Processing Time

We ship once per month around the 18th.

Address Issues

If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us at mail@growingthroughthyme.com immediately. If your order has not been shipped, we can update it for you. Once it has been shipped we are unable to update the address.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us. We can issue you a refund or reship it to you if you are willing to cover the additional shipping cost.

If your shipping address does not exist when we are attempting to ship it out, we will reach out to you for an updated shipping address. The order will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours if we do not hear from you.
